It is with a mix of reflection and excitement that I write to share some significant news. As of today, I will be closing the doors of Gilliam & Mikula. I have accepted a new position with Chesterfield County, and I am looking forward to focusing my energy on this next chapter of public service.
Closing the firm was not a decision made lightly. For years, Gilliam & Mikula has been more than just a business – it has been a project of passion, built on the trust of the clients who allowed us to manage their most important revenue challenges. I am incredibly proud of the work we have done together, from securing vital returns for local businesses to providing the professional “legal edge” that our partners came to rely on.
